In the heart of the Ballons des Vosges, you'll find Le Couchetat hotel and restaurant. Situated in La Bresse, just a stone's throw from the Montagne des Lamas, our Andean-inspired house welcomes you for a relaxing stay with a change of scenery. Our restaurant menu changes every three months according to the season. We offer different menus to suit your tastes and desires. The Alpaga and Patagonia menus take French bistronomic cuisine and incorporate Chilean and Peruvian touches. The Lama menu, meanwhile, lets you discover South American gastronomy through traditional dishes. A vegetarian menu is also available.

Children, too, are invited to indulge in a menu designed especially for them. Dishes featuring fresh produce allow them to discover new flavors. Finally, we offer a half-board package including breakfast and dinner to all hotel residents who so wish.
