Summer Activities for Everyone!

ESF La Bresse also offers a wide range of activities year-round.

Biathlon

Discover biathlon through various disciplines: laser shooting, pellet rifle, or .22 Long Rifle, with the option to complement the activity with an introductory or advanced roller-skiing session.

Group lessons in laser biathlon are held every Thursday in July and August, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., to allow both beginners and experienced participants to discover this fun and well-rounded sport.

ESF La Bresse also offers private lessons in all of these activities, as well as customized packages for groups, companies, seminars, bachelorette parties, and bachelor parties.

Led by certified instructors, these activities offer a unique, athletic, and friendly experience in the heart of the magnificent Vosges Mountains.

Paragliding
Take to the skies with ESF La Bresse

ESF La Bresse invites you to discover the landscapes of the Hautes-Vosges from the sky through tandem paragliding introductory flights.

Several options are available to suit every preference:

Introductory flight, for a gentle first experience;
Adrenaline flight, for a more thrilling ride;
Pilot flight, to learn the controls alongside an instructor;
Extended flight, to fully enjoy the scenery and flying conditions.

Supervised by certified instructors, these flights offer a unique experience combining discovery, excitement, and exceptional panoramic views of the Vosges mountains. A must-try activity for experiencing the mountains in a whole new way.

Mountain Biking
Discover mountain biking with ESF La Bresse

ESF La Bresse offers mountain biking activities suited to all ages and skill levels, allowing you to explore the mountains in a fun and active way.

In July and August, group classes are offered for the youngest participants:

Mountain biking for kids, every Wednesday from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., for children ages 5 to 10;
Balance bikes, every Wednesday from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., for children ages 3 to 5, to help them develop balance and confidence on two wheels.

Throughout the season, the ESF also offers guided electric mountain bike tours, ideal for exploring the landscapes of the Hautes-Vosges at a leisurely pace.

Mountain biking lessons at the Bike Park, designed for riders who want to hone their riding techniques on a specially designed course, are available.

Led by certified instructors, these activities offer a fun and active way to explore the mountains—with family, friends, or as part of a skill-building program.

Chamois Hike
Discovering the chamois

The ESF La Bresse invites you to encounter chamois on a hike led by a certified instructor. Set in the heart of the Hautes-Vosges, this outing lets you observe these iconic animals in their natural habitat while discovering the local flora, fauna, and mountain landscapes.

Accessible to everyone, this hike is an ideal experience for nature lovers, combining observation, discovery, and environmental awareness in a pristine setting.
